OVERVIEW
Projects
Our case studies are published with each client's written permission and with photographs we own. Here is what we take on and what a completed project looks like when it's handed over.
CASE STUDIES
Published with permission, shown in full
A finished façade tells you very little. When we publish a case study it shows the brief, the site conditions, what was built, what changed along the way and what was handed over — because that is what you would want to know before hiring us.
We only publish with the owner's written permission and with photographs we took ourselves. Where appropriate and available, project references or site visits can be discussed before appointment.
WHAT WE TAKE ON
The kinds of projects we build
Independent houses and villas
On 30×40 sites upwards, from ground-plus-one to multi-storey family homes.
Apartment and rental buildings
Small apartment blocks, PG and hostel buildings for owners and investors.
Offices, retail and institutions
Commercial buildings, schools and clinics, shell-and-core or fit-out-ready.
Site development
Compound walls, roads, drains and sumps for plots, layouts and campuses.
Renovations and extensions
Additional floors, layout changes, waterproofing and complete makeovers.
Fit-out and finishing
Interiors for homes, offices and retail, coordinated with the civil programme.
AT HANDOVER
What every completed project includes
- A joint snag inspection with every item closed before handover
- As-built drawings for structure, plumbing and electrical routes
- Material and concrete test certificates, and measurement records
- Manufacturer warranties for fittings, waterproofing and equipment
- The written defects-period terms, and the engineer's number for the duration
