OVERVIEW
About Built on Trust
We're a construction and civil contracting company in Bangalore. The name is a commitment: price honestly, build to drawing, and be reachable when it matters.
WHAT THE NAME MEANS
Construction in Bangalore has a trust problem. We built a company to fix it.
Owners hear one price and pay another. Drawings say one thing and the site does another. Calls go unanswered once the advance is paid. Everyone who has built in this city knows a story like this, and many have lived one.
Built on Trust exists to work the opposite way: a scope you can read, a price that matches it, a site engineer you can call, and progress you can see every week. None of that is complicated. It just has to be done every time.
WHAT WE STAND FOR
Four commitments on every project
Honest pricing
Itemised quotations, written exclusions, and variations priced before they are built.
Build to drawing
The sanctioned plan and the structural drawing are the authority on site — not convenience.
Safe sites
Helmets, harnesses, guarded edges and a tidy site. Everyone on site goes home the way they arrived.
Reachable
A named engineer with a phone number, and a weekly report that arrives whether or not you ask for it.
WHO DOES THE WORK
Engineers on site, trades coordinated to scope
Our projects are run by civil engineers and experienced site supervisors, with masons, bar-benders, carpenters, plumbers and electricians assigned to the project. Specialist work — structural design, waterproofing systems, MEP design — is carried out by specialist crews and trade partners coordinated according to the project scope.
We are deliberately a Bangalore company. Knowing the ground, the authorities, the suppliers and the weather here is most of what makes a project run smoothly.
Meet us on site
The best way to judge a contractor is to see a site. Ask us to arrange a visit.
